New to the check-in podium? Please sign up for a training session. Volunteers must complete at least 2 training sessions for the Podium position.
Podium is a great place for new volunteers to start if they are unsure which area they'd like to volunteer in. Volunteering at the podium gives volunteers ample opportunities to observe and learn our customer service standards as well as basic navigation of our client database, and the wellness packages, services and their prices. It's also a great way to meet our staff and volunteers, and interact with clients and their pets!
