The Scavenger Hunt Guide (A.K. Bar Volunteer) will be stationed at one of the bars along the relay route. You'll stay at this location for the whole event. You'll be given a "cheat sheet" of items the teams need to find at your location.
You will arrive at Char Bar by 11 am for instructions, and go to your assigned location by 1 pm to start locating the items prior to teams arriving. The team referees will hand out the scavenger hunt lists to their team members when they get to your location. You will check that teams have found or completed each item.
Teams can stay at the venue (to drink/eat/hang out) for however long they choose, but they MUST leave their completed scavenger hunt list with you before they leave. You will then add up the number of items found/completed for each team and text the information to the score keeper.
