We need your help to keep pets warm through the winter! Help connect pet owners with much-needed supplies at this outreach event, this Sunday at the Linwood YMCA! Volunteers are needed to be onsite from 10 am to approximately 1 pm. The event is open to the public from 11 to 1.
In partnership with The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, Great Plains SPCA, and Kansas City Pet Project, we will hand out dog houses and straw, dog coats, food, and other supplies vital to keeping outdoor pets safe, fed, and warm. We will also hand out information on our affordable spay/neuter and vaccination services.
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking volunteers would be very helpful at this event!
