Setup: Vendors are allowed to bring in a 10x10 tent and other items as long as it fits in your space. Vendors bringing a vehicle, we have planned for additional space at your spot. We do not provide electricity or ice. The event area is accessible by gravel driveways to make unloading easy. There are many spots with partial or full shade, first preference given to animal rescues with dogs to adopt. All vendors must remain set up until the event ends and dogs have vacated the grounds, then we will open gates to allow you to move vehicles.
Weather: The event is rain or shine, unless lighting is located within 6 miles and we must vacate.
Water bowls: Most of you know, but water bowls at your booths are great! We have a new water fountain with bottle filler and dog water bowl in the square, which you can use.
WiFi: We have unreliable wifi access on the grounds, so we recommend you bring a hotspot.
Layout: I will send out a vendor map the week before the event with the booth layout and event schedule.
Volunteers must:
- Have excellent people skills
- Be able to be outdoors in hot weather
- Be able to move and set up a folding table, pop-up canopy, and a tub full of supplies.
- Be present for the entire event.
