Customer service representative (CSR) volunteers provide personalized, one-on-one consultation to SNKC clients. As part of the WCC team, they are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service by representing our knowledge, values, and services while interacting with clients and their pets. Minor animal handling will be required. Completion of Podium and Data Entry training, and approval from the Clinic Manager are required in order to volunteer in this role.
