Help us run our Black Friday event here at the clinic! We will be open for walk-up vaccination services only (no surgeries). Volunteer hours are 9:45-approximately 3:45/4 pm. The clinic is open to the public from 10 am to 3 pm. A lunch break will be provided. Volunteers will help in the following roles:
- Check-in booth: Partnered with a staff member working in our parking lot booth, you'll greet and check people in using a spreadsheet on an iPad.
- WCC (Wellness Care Clinic) Support: Miscellaneous assistance in the clinic. Duties may include paperwork organization, drawing vaccines, etc.
- Heartworm test recording and client notifications: Review each pet's paperwork and check for heartworm test results. Record results in the database and notify owners of negative results via text message (positive results will be set aside for the vet to discuss with owners).
