Prerequisites: At least 1 Wellness Clinic Assistant shift and at least 1 Sit n Serve shift. Volunteers need to be familiar with how our Wellness clinic and offsite Sit n Serve clinics work.
Assist our Call Center Customer Service Team by setting Wellness Clinic appointments for our clients and their pets!
Volunteers will use our phone system and access the voicemail log to return calls and set Wellness appointments. You'll help many pet families connect with the services they need to keep their pets healthy.
Volunteers in this role must:
- have excellent people skills
- be comfortable and knowledgeable regarding computer use and phone use
- be comfortable returning peoples' calls and discussing their pets needs and our services
- be organized
- be self-directed
- be unafraid to ask questions
