Our annual event, the Fairy-Tails Ball, will be held on Saturday, June 15th. This is our largest, most FUN fundraising event of the year! We'll welcome hundreds of guests to join us in the beautiful Uptown Theatre for a night of special guests, food and drink, music, both a silent and a live auction, and more! Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles:
- Guest Check in: Six volunteers to greet guests and check them in via tablet

Silent Auction: Four volunteers to monitor the silent auction and answer any questions

Runners and check out: Four or Five volunteers to help with gathering silent auction items and getting them to the correct party

Golden Ticket: Two volunteers to help draw golden ticket

Tear down: Four volunteers to help tear down at the end of the night and ensure we are out by midnight.
