Represent PRCKC at this spooky, Tim Burton-themed event being held at Bar K! Expect to see pets and people dressed as their favorite characters from Burton's movies, like Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands and more.
This event is a fundraiser for amazing local nonprofit rescue, Chain of Hope. They specialize in urban outreach; helping suffering, abused, and neglected animals in the KC area.
Volunteers must call or text Teri Koenig (Chain of Hope contact) upon arrival, and must be set up by 5 pm. Event end time TBD.
Volunteers will be seated at a table stocked with PRCKC information, and will be expected to talk to people about our work, volunteer opportunities, etc., as well as collect donations and sign-ups for things like volunteer opportunities. Volunteers will need to pick up table items at PRCKC sometime during the week before the event.
